Real Feedback from the Tribe.

"I really wish I had MyTribe's Baby Blues guided journal and Postpartum toolbox when I was a first time mom. The guided journal would have been great for reassuring me that what I was experiencing was completely normal especially when I struggled with the guilt of not feeling like I bonded with my son the moment he came out like they talk about.

Finally! an informative, compassionate and safe place for women to find the community they’ve always known they needed but didn’t know how to find.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it is also scary. When my twins were born so prematurely I felt so alone. This is actually when I became close to Kim (founder of MyTribe) as we navigated NICU life, each with our own challenges. It is no surprise to me that something so beautiful such as this platform is emerging after such a trying time in Kim’s own life.

Kim has a way of turning the worst possible situations into something beautiful.

So to whoever is reading this, I am so glad you found MyTribe — you truly could not be in better hands.”

  • "As a new mom, I often felt isolated in my emotions, and found they were not what I expected. The baby blues guided journal was a lifesaver - it gave me the space to explore my thoughts and feelings in a structured and comforting way. It’s been a powerful tool in helping me navigate the ups and downs of postpartum life."

  • “MyTribe is SO NEEDED and an incredible resource for patients. As a healthcare provider myself, I have always wished there was more to offer women who struggled with psychological distress surrounding infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Guides like the postpartum toolbox and baby blues guided journal can help women feel more supported in their journey.”

  • “Using the postpartum diary was pivotal to my mental health during those overwhelming early weeks. Each day had a thoughtful prompt that helped me organize my emotions and focus, even when my 'mom brain' was in full effect. The simple, guided questions made it easier to understand how I was feeling. The tips at the bottom of each entry were incredibly useful to keep me grounded. It gave me a structured way to start my day and process everything, which was such a relief in a time that felt a bit chaotic.”

  • “MyTribe has truly been a lifesaver for me. Not only does it offer a safe space to connect with other moms going through similar experiences, but the mental health tools have helped me manage my emotions and stress in ways I didn’t know I needed. The educational courses are also fantastic—everything from postpartum recovery to infant care and breastfeeding support. I feel so much more confident and informed as a new parent. What I love most is how holistic the service is. In addition to mental health resources and expert-led courses, they connect you to other perinatal service providers, like lactation consultants. It’s an all-in-one support system that has truly empowered me during this challenging time. I highly recommend it to any mom looking for community, education, and real mental health support in their postpartum journey.”

  • I wish I had this first time around- the tip about unfollowing accounts/moms/people that make you feel inadequate or portray a perfect life really resonated with me- it took me 6 months to cleanse my social media after Tasi was born and I absolutely should have done it sooner!!

  • “I have a 2 1/2 year old, and began feeling nervous and overwhelmed as I got closer to delivery with my second. I was so worried I wouldn’t have enough time, love and mental space to spread between my two children, my husband, myself and my friends/family. I also struggled with the physical recovery of birth with my first and began feeling nervous about how I would mange my own physical recovery with toddler and a new baby. The postpartum guide was a one stop shop for me to reflect on the tools and strategies I needed to ensure I was prepared and ready for post partum. The guide helped me lay out a plan of action for various challenges I might face postpartum. Working through those plans pre birth, allowed me to thoughtfully plan. As a type A personality, this guide gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed. I have plans and strategies in place that I can easily tap in moments of crisis or when I just can’t think about what to do next.
